I'm married to a Guardsman, Joel, and am a proud momma to two sweet girls - Grace & Autumn. My life is, for better or worse, dictated by the military. In our 9 years of marriage, Joel's been on three deployments. This blog is about my journey as a wife and mother as we ride through life pre, post and during deployment. I don't pretend to have answers - often I'm just surviving. I hope to pour out my highs, lows, share my weaknesses and some victories - and I hope you can teach me something, too!
Although she's technically not supposed to be reading books at bedtime, I was happy to see her reading selection on her nightstand last night. Just another reason why I love Grace and her sweet little heart.
Awe that is wonderful!! You are raising her right. Alex always likes "reading" for a little bit before bed- but she usually does for just five minutes then goes to sleep so we let her. Thank you so much for linking up!

You almost have to allow those type of books! My kids love reading at night too. Some night I crack down more than others. :)
Oh wow. How awesome. I guess you can't get too upset about her reading before bed when she's reading those books!

She has a nice selection of books there :) Reading sometimes helps me go to sleep at night when I can't sleep.
